"TDVX-AR" is a simulator kit for omnidirectional movement that is widely accepted in various research institutions, including universities and companies. The foot mechanism uses mecanum wheels, which provide excellent grip, and the control board adopts the Arduino UNO, allowing for learning robot control in genuine C language. Omnidirectional movement is provided as open source, enabling easy customization. [Features] ■ Uses Arduino UNO ■ Can be manually controlled from a wireless controller ■ Speed duty ratio can be controlled from the controller ■ Can be freely customized by modifying sample source code *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Tosa Electronics has integrated an engine that centrally controls the errors and behavioral discrepancies that occur during omnidirectional movement onto a single circuit board. This allows for stable movement within the robot through feedback without placing a burden on the upper-level control system issuing commands. Mecanum wheels are covered by barrels that are tilted 45 degrees relative to the axle. In addition to the same movements as conventional wheels, the free-moving barrels on the circumference enable movement in the 45-degree direction. By adjusting the rotation direction and speed control of the four motors, omnidirectional movement is achieved. 【Features】 ■ Achieves movement with wheels instead of a bipedal walking mechanism ■ Core technology supporting omnidirectional movement ■ Enables stable movement ■ Structure that integrates a centrally controlled engine onto a single circuit board *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reliable technology supporting omnidirectional movement mechanisms We offer custom solutions tailored to customer specifications. 【Core Technology】 Tosa Electronics has integrated an engine that centrally controls the errors and behavioral discrepancies that occur during omnidirectional movement onto a single circuit board. This allows for stable movement within the robot without placing a burden on the upper-level control system issuing the control commands. ■ What is omnidirectional movement? Mecanum wheels are covered by barrels that are tilted at a 45-degree angle to the axle. In addition to the same movements as conventional wheels, the free-moving barrels on the circumference allow for movement in the 45-degree direction. By adjusting the rotation direction and speed control of the four motors, omnidirectional movement is achieved. ■ Case Studies - Adopted for transport carts in automotive and electronic component factories - Can be used as both a cart and a workbench since it can move while carrying work equipment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
