In recent years, lead-free solder has been recommended, but this effect pedal is made with eutectic (lead-containing) solder. The length of the lead wires, the amount of solder, and the processing methods can introduce noise and potentially compromise the sound source, making it a delicate task. However, we have been able to create a stable and consistent sound source by utilizing manual work and our soldering technology in that area. 【Tosa Electronics Co., Ltd. Surface Mount Technology】 ■ Implementation with eutectic solder and lead-free solder is also possible. ■ We can accommodate a wide range of needs from single prototype and small lot production of various types to mass production in mount assembly. ■ We also support surface mounting for flexible printed circuits (FPC) and aluminum substrates. *For more details about effect pedals and surface mounting, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
