The "Peel Plate" is a sterilized medium for measuring microbial counts that does not require medium preparation. No spreader is needed. The inoculated sample naturally spreads evenly. It can be stored and cultured stacked, allowing for space-saving. Additionally, it is colored by a chromogenic enzyme substrate, making measurement easy.
