We would like to introduce our GRP box girder bridge (VI method). Using the power of vacuum to inject resin into the glass fiber layer, we ensure that it permeates thoroughly to create a uniform and robust laminated material through the "VI method," manufacturing each part (deck, side panels, girders, bottom plates, and bridge panels). To prevent any degradation of the laminated material's strength due to influences such as ultraviolet rays, water, or temperature changes, the bridge body is completely painted, aiming for easy maintenance. 【Functional Characteristics of GRP Box Girder Bridge (VI Method)】 - Lightweight, allowing for consideration of using existing foundations - Long-term use with simple maintenance, enabling a reduction in maintenance costs - The shape of the mold can be designed, allowing for the creation of elegantly curved girder bridges *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAs an example of the installation of the "FRP Boardwalk," we introduce the "Sata Misaki Observation Park (Path No. 9)" in Kagoshima Prefecture. This is a slope leading to the observation deck at the southernmost tip of Kyushu Island, located within the Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park. It features an elevated zigzag shape, allowing visitors to change their viewpoint while enjoying distant views of the Pacific Ocean, Kinko Bay, the surrounding habitat of cycad plants, Biro Island, and Mount Kaimon. Due to its coastal location, FRP, a material that is resistant to salt damage and has a color similar to wood, was chosen for its excellent aesthetic qualities in a natural environment. Additionally, since the area is inaccessible to vehicles, a pin foundation that can be constructed manually without heavy machinery was adopted for the foundation. 【Overview】 ■ Sata Misaki Observation Park (Path No. 9) ■ Kagoshima Prefecture, constructed in March 2016 ■ W1.5m x L165.7m ■ Handrails and flooring: Cedar wood ■ Structure: FRP (pultruded material)
