Our company’s greatest strength lies in our ability to support customers in solving issues related to operational equipment and peripheral devices that they encounter during the consideration of introducing sheet pallets, rather than simply selling individual sheet pallets. The sheet pallet system, introduced to Japan in the 1980s, required matching with the logistics quality and work environment demanded by Japanese companies. Initially, there were 13 manufacturers of plastic sheet pallets, but history shows that this number was ultimately reduced to just two major companies. One of these companies gained a competitive advantage by selling sheet pallets along with operational equipment. Sheet pallets are an extremely efficient tool because they can be combined with in-house pallets, preventing the outflow of in-house pallets on the shipping side and eliminating the need to manage other companies' pallets on the receiving side. They also contribute to increasing the palletization rate in efforts to address the logistics 2024 issue. - Sheet pallets can be used as pallet changers. - The thinness of sheet pallets does not reduce loading efficiency. - The lightness of sheet pallets provides leeway for weight limits. - Sheet pallets are easy to dispose of. The variety of paper products is increasing, and there is a growing consideration for palletizing heavy items with sheet pallets.

Free membership registrationWe have prepared a basic training program for push-pull operations categorized by work content! Based on the work content and operational relevance, we have devised a unique curriculum. This not only improves the operational skills of individual workers but also enables the cultivation of educators, leading to an overall enhancement of skill levels and the transmission of techniques. The outline of the curriculum is as follows: - Basic Operations Module: Loading and unloading cargo on pallets from floor work This module assumes tasks such as loading cargo on pallets onto trucks or unloading cargo from trucks onto pallets. - Advanced Operations Module: Stacking and unstacking operations This module assumes tasks related to multi-tier storage using sheet pallets and the bundling and de-bundling operations in container transport. - Educator Training: In addition to mastering advanced operations, this module focuses on learning the procedures for instructing other workers. In the past, due to the lack of a structured curriculum, workers had to hone their skills independently to master safe operations. However, in an era where organizational management that does not rely on individuals is required, such as in work style reforms, it is essential to standardize work quality across the organization based on a curriculum that ensures a certain level of quality.

Free membership registrationThe roller fork is an attachment for sheet pallets that features a roller conveyor mechanism arranged in two vertical tiers inside the fork. The roller conveyor mechanism built into the roller fork draws cargo onto the fork or lowers it onto the floor or pallet as the forklift moves forward and backward. Since the roller fork does not require hydraulic power, it can be mounted on many existing forklifts. In contrast, adding a push-pull attachment requires an additional hydraulic system, which incurs significant costs and a long preparation period. Therefore, it is undeniable that there may be hesitation in considering the conversion to sheet pallets, but the introduction of the roller fork has led to an increase in inquiries for consideration. The usual delivery time is five months, so we also offer rental units as a temporary solution until delivery.

Free membership registrationThe Pass Border was developed to overcome issues related to roller fork operations. It is suitable for box cargo. Since the tip of the roller fork does not have a roller conveyor mechanism, the fork must be inserted while pushing the cargo up at the tip. This is generally not a problem when handling bagged cargo with sheet pallets, but with box cargo, there may be instances where the cargo cannot be inserted and is instead pushed. To address this, the Pass Border features a gap (patented) designed to accommodate the tip of the roller fork at the edge of a thin pallet. This gap ensures that the bottom surface of the pallet maintains contact with the roller conveyor mechanism, allowing for smooth pulling of the cargo onto the fork by the conveyor mechanism. [For Returnable Use] - Plastic products are available. A size of 110 cm x 110 cm can be provided. [For One-Way Use] - Paper products are available. Sizes can be adjusted according to customer requests. They can also be provided overseas.

Free membership registrationWhile it is possible to maintain the cargo loading capacity with sheet pallets, if a push-pull forklift cannot be introduced, the roller fork will solve that problem. However, since roller forks are expected to mechanically push the cargo, making work difficult, we have prepared a solution called the pass border. In cases where it is difficult to return the pass border to the shipping origin, inexpensive paper products are needed. Therefore, we have created a one-way product by applying our unique structure (patented) to paper honeycomb board, which has a proven track record as a material for paper pallets. 【Specifications】 ■ We can accommodate your desired size (within 1,300mm x 1,300mm) ■ We can meet requests for insertion from one side to four sides ■ Load capacity is below 500 kg. Please consult us if you are handling heavy items. ■ Order unit: Minimum lot of 500 pieces. However, this may vary based on truck or container loading quantities. We have opened our overseas patents free of charge, so it is also possible to arrange for production near your overseas factories. If there are no facilities nearby, we can accommodate shipments from our manufacturing partner in Indonesia.

Free membership registrationThe patent for the pass border is characterized by its ability to function as a pallet through roller forks simply by applying a sloped shape to the edges of a plate-like structure such as a paper honeycomb board. This patent has been granted rights in China, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and has now been released for free use. When used for product transportation from overseas bases to Japan, you can easily utilize inexpensive thin pallets by simply searching for a paper honeycomb board manufacturer within the overseas base region and confirming whether they can press a sloped shape on the edges. If there are no paper honeycomb board manufacturers near your base or within the region, please consult with us. We will provide a quote based on products from our manufacturing partner in Indonesia.
