We would like to introduce a processing case where 22 seals were produced from 3mm thick neoprene sponge (Neo-spot) in the size of 148mm × 478mm. Neoprene sponge is a well-balanced rubber sponge material with excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy, and oil resistance. Its closed-cell structure makes it difficult for air and water to pass through, maintaining high airtightness and water resistance. The processing details include four bolt holes with a diameter of 10mm and R30 curved processing on the inner diameter corners.
