The proportional valve "SVP Series" is a control valve that linearly controls gas flow. Unlike conventional butterfly valves, it adopts a rectangular port design, allowing for flow characteristics that are closer to linear, enabling stable flow (combustion) control. The area of the valve port can be set to any size with a single adjustment knob, making it easy to accommodate changes in gas type (caloric conversion). The "Orifice Meter" is installed in the middle of the piping and easily measures the flow rate within the pipe by measuring the pressure (differential pressure) between two pressure measurement points. The installation involves threaded piping, but the main body has a bolted flange shape, allowing for the removal of the orifice plate. Switching gas types can also be accommodated by replacing the plate. **Structure of the Mixer** The Venturi mixer utilizes the negative pressure generated when air blown from the combustion blower passes through the nozzle inside the mixer to draw in and mix gas. The mixed gas is supplied to the gas burner connected by piping for combustion. **Corresponding Gas Burners** Various premixed burners (forced mixing burners) Our burner models: SR, SF, FF, CBX, UL, pipe burners, pian burners, BS, metal knit burners (MNB), metal mat burners (MFT), surface combustion burners, and many others. **Advantages** Combustion adjustment is easy. Since the fuel gas is adjusted to atmospheric pressure by a zero governor, control of the gas line is unnecessary, and combustion can be controlled solely by the control of the combustion air line. The gas flow will increase or decrease in accordance with the air flow, allowing the air-fuel ratio to be maintained at a constant level. Components can be disassembled, providing excellent maintenance and making inspection and cleaning easy. We offer piping sizes from 15A to 80A, suitable for various capacities of burners.

● Pressure Measurement Tube with Stop Valve (SKV-P) It can be used for measuring pressure in piping, furnace pressure, and burner head pressure. Even after removing the protective cap, the measurement hose can be attached without gas fluid escaping. After the measurement is completed, even if the measurement hose is removed, the safety valve automatically closes, preventing gas fluid from escaping and ensuring safety. The low-pressure mixer SM is a mixer that combines air and gas (such as city gas and propane gas) supplied from a blower. Compared to the Venturi mixer (VM), the supply pressure of gas and air can be flexibly set (from low pressure to 20 kPa). The adjustment of high combustion and low combustion can be made by controlling the opening of valves in both the air line and gas line. Control using a control motor for pressure equalization valve control and double linkage method is possible.

For adjusting the combustion of gas burners (such as pilot burners), for fine adjustments of gas and air flow rates and for upper limit cuts. - The flow characteristics of the fluid are nearly proportional to the rotation speed of the needle valve. - The piping connection is made with a φ10 pipe and 10A (3/8) piping. - The needle valve comes with a protective cap to prevent easy adjustment changes. - The valve shaft is sealed with an O-ring. 【Instructions for Use】 Remove the protective cap from the needle valve and adjust the flow rate using a flathead screwdriver. After adjustment, reattach the protective cap.
