The "BJ-300, 400, 600" is a package-type gas burner developed for ovens as a large-capacity model. The TRF burner is an indirect heating burner that uses a single-end type heat transfer tube, heating through radiant heat. A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of two burners (regenerative burners) integrated with the heat storage medium, igniting them at intervals of several tens of seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner ignites next, the combustion air is preheated using the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat. The EI burner series is a gas burner designed for high-temperature applications (up to 1300°C) with stable combustion and a compact body, offering excellent maintenance characteristics. The flame shapes are available to match the furnace body (S: short flame, L: long flame, M: luminous flame). It also contributes to energy savings as it can utilize preheated air. It can accommodate the conversion from liquid fuel to gas fuel. <EIS Burner> Features: Short flame gas burner. The hydrogen-exclusive version of the regenerative radiant tube burner "RTR Burner" for metal heat treatment furnaces has made its debut! By placing burners with heat storage bodies built into both ends of the tube and alternating their combustion, this energy-saving gas burner achieves over 80% thermal efficiency based on exhaust gas loss. It efficiently recovers waste heat by periodically switching between combustion and exhaust.
