BYK-8020: A silicone resin-based foam stabilizer suitable for mechanically foamed PVC plastisol. It stabilizes the foam of mechanically foamed PVC plastisol, characterized by the generation of particularly fine and uniform continuous bubble-type foam structures. As a result, it provides very good resistance to compression testing. When using BYK-8020 compared to soap-based foam stabilizers, the surface achieves a dry (drier) texture, and moisture absorption into the gelled plastisol is reduced. BYK-8070: A soap-based foam stabilizer for mechanically foamed PVC plastisol. It stabilizes the foam of mechanically foamed PVC plastisol, particularly characterized by the generation of fine and uniform continuous bubble-type foam structures. As a result, it provides very good resistance to compression testing.

"CLOISITE-SE 3000" is a layered silicate particularly suitable for halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic compounds. By using this additive, flame-retardant properties, dripping behavior, and char formation are improved. Processability and physical properties are enhanced, and density is reduced. This product is particularly suitable for halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic compounds, and its addition improves flame retardancy, especially enhancing dripping behavior and crust formation, serving as a flame retardant additive masterbatch. These features provide significant advantages in applications subject to stringent fire safety regulations, such as cable coatings. 【SCONA TPPET 4214 PA】Supports the adjustment of molecular weight and viscosity of PET and the utilization of recycled materials. Features SCONA TPPET 4214 PA is a high-performance polymer modifier based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) functionalized with glycidyl methacrylate. This additive, which has reactive epoxy groups, functions as a viscosity promoter for polycondensation polymers by increasing the molecular weight and enhancing the viscosity when added to the base polymer. In this way, excellent processability is achieved during extrusion and thermoforming. Since this additive is PET-based, it is particularly suitable for use in PET-based compounds.
