By utilizing various manufacturing processes, we are capable of producing castings in a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes, and lot sizes. We provide a one-stop supply for processed finished products and assembly. Our domestic factory produces high-quality, high-difficulty castings. In 2022, a new factory began operations, enabling the high-quality and low-cost supply of a wide variety of small-lot castings. At our overseas partner factories, we ensure thorough technical guidance from our group and strict quality control after mass production, establishing a stable supply system at low costs.

We are a casting manufacturer that offers a one-stop service for the production of aluminum sand molds and die-castings, including mold making, casting, and machining, providing finished parts. We specialize in sand casting for small-batch production of various types, delivering stable quality products with short lead times and low costs. - Comprehensive support from prototyping to mass production We have a system that can consistently handle everything from prototype production on a self-hardening prototype line to mass production on an automatic molding line. - Manufacturing support from materials to processing We have a system that can consistently handle everything from mold making to the production of cast iron and aluminum materials, as well as machining. - Production of cast iron and aluminum in one factory We produce both cast iron and aluminum castings in a single factory, and we are capable of joining technologies (casting enveloping) for cast iron and aluminum. In aluminum casting, we have achieved high-quality precision casting using sand casting. Please try our features that offer die-cast-like surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The composite technology of aluminum castings and iron (cast iron) ensures the necessary strength while enabling weight reduction of the products. Additionally, by applying molten aluminum plating to the iron core material, the corrosion resistance performance can also be significantly improved.

To enhance the heat sink function using aluminum castings, more complex and thinner shapes are realized through sand casting to maximize the aluminum surface area. Shapes that are difficult to mold with castings (such as those with sand cores or holes that cannot be machined) can also be formed using pipes of the same material.

Features of Gravity - Smooth surface finish - High precision - Low occurrence of defects It is possible to manufacture molds for small-scale production at a low cost and with a short lead time, and we are conducting prototypes (small-scale production) using these molds. Generally, aluminum castings produced in mass production molds are made using sand casting methods during prototyping due to the low initial costs and short lead times for small quantities.
