Our "board" is a product that combines various fibers with inorganic binders and a small amount of organic binders, which is then vacuum-formed into a sheet shape. It excels in high-temperature stability, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance, while also possessing low heat retention and low thermal conductivity. Additionally, we offer products with maximum operating temperatures ranging from 1260°C to 1800°C to meet various needs, and we also accept requests for sintered (smokeless) boards. The "AC-1000/AC-1000-Flex" is a new high-performance insulation material (Microporous Insulation) manufactured based on the "theory of fine porous structures." It is an excellent high-performance insulation material that significantly undercuts the thermal conductivity of still air. Our "Blanket" is a product made by melting high-purity raw materials at approximately 2300°C, followed by continuous layering of the fiberized raw materials using centrifugal force, and then undergoing needle processing to create a blanket-like product. We offer products with maximum usage temperatures ranging from 1000°C to 1600°C, depending on your needs.
