By applying high-temperature flames such as oxy-acetylene flames to locally heat the surface of steel parts, it is less affected by the shape of the workpiece. Skilled craftsmen accurately control the temperature using the color of the flame. Additionally, it is economical because it does not require fixtures or coils like high-frequency heat treatment (quenching) for the same localized heating process. ● It is used for processing complex machined parts that cannot be handled by high-frequency quenching. ● We conduct thorough prior discussions and perform heat treatment suitable for the material. ● It is economical because it does not require the cost of manufacturing special fixtures.

Free membership registrationOnly the parts that require wear resistance can be hardened through surface hardening using electromagnetic induction. Due to rapid heating and rapid cooling, there is minimal oxidation and decarburization on the surface, and no thermal deformation occurs, resulting in excellent wear resistance. By changing the frequency, the depth of hardening can be adjusted, allowing for processing in a short time. Because very fast heating occurs, the know-how of skilled craftsmen is required. ● Heating coils suitable for the product shape are necessary. ● Detailed prior discussions will be conducted to perform heat treatment suitable for the material. ● Surface hardening allows the interior to remain as the original material while maintaining high toughness.

Free membership registrationPlasma ion nitriding involves creating a glow discharge with the furnace body as the anode and the product as the cathode in a low-pressure nitrogen gas atmosphere, resulting in a soft light similar to a neon sign enveloping the product. The energy from the ions heats the product while simultaneously nitriding it. Our company has quickly adopted this plasma ion nitriding equipment to provide higher quality products. ● Extremely low distortion due to low-temperature processing ● High nitrogen potential allows for rapid formation of the nitrided layer ● By adjusting the gas ratio and temperature, the state of the nitrided layer can be controlled ● Good surface roughness due to processing in a vacuum ● Even materials like austenitic stainless steel can be nitrided uniformly

Free membership registrationOur company supports heat treatment for a wide variety of small lots, performing heat treatment on various products such as precision parts, automotive parts, and industrial equipment parts. For areas that require secondary processing, such as screw holes and keyways, we carefully implement carburizing prevention measures. ● For complex shapes and thin-walled items that are prone to distortion, we devise processes and setups to minimize warping. ● Long shafts are finished using a dedicated distortion removal device after quenching. ● We can accommodate short delivery times. Suitable for small quantities of various types; please consult us even for just one piece.

Free membership registrationAs a feature of our sub-zero treatment, we have two sub-zero tanks that can accommodate requests ranging from large items to small lots of various types. For certain steel grades, by requesting stabilization treatment in conjunction, we can achieve even higher measures against aging changes. ● Two sub-zero tanks: Kanagawa headquarters (600×600×600) and Tohoku office (450×450×450) ● Capable of "ultra sub-zero treatment (cryo treatment)" at temperatures below -140℃ ● Requests for sub-zero treatment alone are also possible.

Free membership registrationWe can accommodate various types of small lot annealing and stress relieving. Please feel free to consult us for urgent requests. ● We can also handle oxidation-free annealing (vacuum furnace charge) that minimizes oxide scale. ● We will provide individual estimates for special conditions (temperature, cooling methods).

Free membership registrationQuenching and tempering consist of two processes: quenching and tempering. There are various types of quenching, including vacuum quenching, oil quenching, and salt quenching, and by performing these in conjunction with tempering, we can correct warping and adjust hardness. The optimal quenching method is determined based on the type of steel, size, and shape. We accommodate small lots of various types and short delivery times. One common question we receive from processing companies is, "How much should we process before heat treatment?" Please consult with us before processing. We will provide suggestions based on the drawings. ● We can perform quenching on various types of steel (such as S45C, SCM440, SUJ2, SK3, SKS3, SKD11, SUS440, SKH51, etc.). ● We select the optimal quenching method based on the type, size, and shape of the steel material. ● Our focus is primarily on heat treatment for very small products (a few tens of grams) to medium-sized products (up to 50 kg), but through collaboration with our heat treatment network, we can accommodate all types of heat treatment. ● Considering the final quality after heat treatment, we can accept requests starting from the earlier processes of material procurement and machining.

Free membership registrationOne of the features of our vacuum heat treatment is the ability to handle a wide variety of small lot sizes. By having both large and small furnaces, we achieve short delivery times even for diverse small lots. Since vacuum heat treatment is batch processing, urgent cases may incur additional costs due to the need to reserve the furnace exclusively. However, by utilizing vacuum furnaces of different sizes, we have established a system that can meet detailed heat treatment requests. ● Both our headquarters factory (in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and our Tohoku office (in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) have vacuum heat treatment furnaces. ● We primarily focus on vacuum quenching and tempering, but we also offer other processes such as solution treatment, magnetic treatment, precipitation hardening, aging treatment, and vacuum carburizing quenching. ● At our factory, we mainly handle small to medium-sized items weighing from a few dozen grams to about 100 kg, and through our heat treatment network, we can accept a wide range of products. ● While we primarily work with steel, we also have many years of experience in heat treatment of stainless steel. We also accept test heat treatments for new materials.
