Our company has been engaged in coating equipment primarily focused on dip coating. Among these, we have received numerous inquiries from companies such as paper manufacturers and manufacturers and sellers of molded containers regarding coatings aimed at providing "water resistance, heat resistance, and oil resistance" for three-dimensional shapes like pulp (paper) molds. Would you consider an AR (anti-reflective) coating with a dip coat?

When it comes to AR (anti-reflective) coatings, they are widely recognized for being applied through dry processes, but it is also possible to achieve a reflectance of less than 1% (on one side) with a single-layer coating using the wet process dip coating method. By varying the withdrawal speed during dip coating, we have successfully controlled the film thickness in increments of 5 nm, achieving thicknesses between 100 and 160 nm, as demonstrated by our film thickness analysis data.
