"Why is it that we are revisiting the 'Toyota Production System' now?" About 20 years ago, many companies actively engaged in TPS education. However, with generational changes and the busyness of the workplace, this learning was interrupted, leading to a blank period where "the basics of improvement were not shared." Now, there is a demand to return to the fundamentals of TPS and enhance the overall improvement capability of the workplace. The training aims to understand the "level of improvement" as a first step to acquiring practical skills, gaining correct knowledge and perspectives.
