The NB7120 series from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a high-side N-channel MOSFET drive type that facilitates communication by preventing differences in ground levels between the system side and the battery pack side. By enhancing the overcharge detection accuracy (from -20°C to 60°C) and the charge/discharge overcurrent detection accuracy to industry-leading levels, it improves the safety of the equipment. Additionally, by stopping the internal circuit, it minimizes the current consumption after over-discharge detection, which helps to reduce the depletion of battery capacity during inventory periods before product sales.

The "NT1195," which is starting sample distribution, achieves an industry-leading low current consumption of 1.9mA across the entire GNSS frequency range (1164MHz to 1610MHz), while also realizing low noise figure (NF) and high gain characteristics. Additionally, it is housed in a compact package measuring 1.1x0.7mm, making it an ideal product for applications requiring small size and low power consumption, such as wearable devices like smartwatches and health bands.

The "NR1620 series" achieves an industry-leading ultra-low power consumption of 0.4μA as a 150mA LDO voltage regulator, realizing a low output voltage of 0.4V. Additionally, this product incorporates a function to limit the startup current to a constant value to address inrush current issues during startup. This feature is expected to help suppress inrush current and facilitate control when there are constraints on the power input of subsequent devices. Other features include driving an NMOS power transistor with a bias power input terminal (VBIAS) that is independent of the power input terminal (VIN), achieving high-efficiency regulation. The VIN input voltage can accommodate from 0.6V to VBIAS, and the output voltage is available from 0.4V to 1.2V in 0.1V increments. Furthermore, it is possible to select whether to include a function that discharges the downstream capacitance when the product is turned off via the enable terminal.

Additionally, since the matching of the first and second stage LNAs is done outside the package, the circuit configuration can be flexibly changed according to the application. The "NR1641" series is an LDO voltage regulator that boasts the world's highest level of low output noise: 3.7μVrms and ripple rejection rate: 80dB (f=10kHz) for products that do not require noise-reducing capacitors. It also features a built-in "soft start function" that controls the slope at startup. This function is expected to help suppress inrush current and facilitate control when there are constraints on the power input of subsequent devices. The "power good function" monitors whether the product is outputting voltage normally and outputs a power good signal. For example, by inputting the power good signal to the MCU, one can grasp the operating state of the product, and by inputting the power good signal to the enable terminal of other power management products, the design of power-up sequences becomes easier.

The "RM516/RM517 series" is a module that incorporates a step-down DC/DC converter IC with a maximum output current of 100mA/300mA and an inductor. It adopts a compact and thin QFN2430-8 package measuring 2.4 x 3.0 x 0.8 (mm). Since only two external capacitors are required, there is no need for complex wiring, allowing for easy and compact circuit board design. The output voltage can be set from 0.3 V to 1.2 V (in 0.1 V increments), with an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and a typical quiescent current of 0.3 µA. This product realizes low power consumption in line with the increasingly advancing trend toward lower voltages, contributing to the construction of customers' IoT devices and extending battery life. The output current is 100 mA for the RM516 series and 300 mA for the RM517 series.

NT1189 is an LNA for 5G (Sub6) base stations. It contributes to improving and enhancing reception sensitivity with its low distortion and high gain characteristics, as well as low NF (noise figure) characteristics. The output current supports up to a maximum of 2A, and to ensure efficient voltage conversion even under light load conditions, it is equipped with a function that automatically switches between PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) mode and PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) mode according to the output current. This feature allows the product to achieve both support for heavy loads and high efficiency under light loads. With the increasing demand for high precision in small motors, rotation detection of operation dials, and linear actuators, the need for compact position detection has been growing. The digital 2-phase output type optical reflective encoders NJL5821R and NJL5822R achieve low power consumption by combining newly designed photodetector ICs with high-output infrared LEDs. In conventional position detection for linear and rotational directions, it was necessary to adjust the distance between the sensor and the stripe mirror to a constant. The NJL5821R and NJL5822R achieve strong resistance to distance variations by uniquely processing the light reception level of the photodetector.

The "RN5T5611 Series" is a composite power supply for CMOS image sensors that complies with the ISO26262 ASIL-D development process.
