Hello everyone. Last night, a beautiful crescent moon was out. The day this moon becomes full is the "Spring Equinox." Around the time of the spring equinox, this year's cherry blossoms will soon start to bloom. In the "Nihon Shoki," there is a legend of "Konohanasakuyahime," and this "kono hana" refers to "tree flowers," specifically cherry blossoms. All flowers that bloom on trees are considered "tree flowers," but cherry blossoms hold a special significance for the Japanese. Historically, for the Japanese who have cherished cherry blossoms, "tree flowers = cherry blossoms" has become synonymous. Cherry blossoms have a profound allure that captivates the hearts of the Japanese. The act of going out to admire cherry blossoms is called "sakura-gari." Even though it uses the word "gari" (hunting), it does not mean to cut down the cherry blossoms. It signifies "borrowing" or "feeling" the invisible power that cherry blossoms possess. *For more details on the column, please refer to the attached PDF document. In March, the intensity of pollen allergies is incredible. It's unfortunate that even though the weather is warm and pleasant, going outside is a bit tough. March 6 marks "Keichitsu" in the twenty-four solar terms. This signifies that insects hibernating in the soil sense the arrival of spring and begin to crawl out. The fact that the news of spring has reached even the soil means that the cherry trees must be responding as well. Soon, the cherry blossoms will start to bud and it will be the season for them to bloom. The plum tree in my garden has started to flower. In plum orchards across the country, the red and white flowers are now in full bloom. *For more detailed information, please refer to the attached PDF document. February is known as "Tora Month." It is also a month that connects us to Bishamonten. Speaking of Bishamonten, he is known as the "God of Victory," who brings success in battles. During the Sengoku period, Uesugi Kenshin believed himself to be the incarnation of Bishamonten and fought accordingly. The character "Bi" on the banner he raised is a reflection of his unwavering faith. On the battlefield, which lies on the boundary between life and death, true victory cannot be achieved unless one has the invisible forces on their side. The sense of crisis in an era where losing meant losing everything was likely far more urgent than what we feel in modern times. *For more details on the column, please refer to the attached PDF document. We have passed the beginning of spring and entered a "new era." How should we welcome the "new wave" that is about to come? Beyond the bean-throwing of Setsubun and the rituals of the beginning of spring, I have realized many things this year. What is currently passed down as Japan's traditional culture is not unique to Japan. It is something that has been inherited from the continent. Practices like bean-throwing, which represent "protection against evil," and rituals for warding off misfortune have been passed down in Japan since before the Kojiki. Many of these customs have taken root in the daily lives of the Japanese people long before they were recorded in writing. The traditions and cultures that came from the continent have entered the Japanese archipelago and have been transformed into something new by the hands of the Japanese people. This transformation does not completely change what was inherited from the continent into something entirely different; rather, it preserves the traditions that have been passed down while adapting them to resonate with the Japanese spirit, adding new elements, and evolving them into a unique cultural tradition of Japan. *For more detailed content of the column, please refer to the attached PDF document. We would like to introduce our seminar titled "Future Compass from the Year of the Horse." "How to live in the next five years." In these uncertain times, the "compass" of the business owner themselves greatly influences the direction of the company. In this lecture, we will first help business owners deeply understand their own aptitudes and management styles, and convey the importance of envisioning the future. This is because when the business owner's vision becomes clear, employees can align in the same direction and continue their journey with confidence. Here, we provide the know-how to navigate effectively even in a fluctuating market environment and to achieve steady growth together with employees. 【Specific Lecture Content】 ■ Drawing a future compass based on the fact that "the future is predetermined" ■ Reviewing the past, understanding the current position, and envisioning the future ■ Knowing one's own aptitudes and management style as a business owner ■ The significance of managing with a compass *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our seminar titled "Finding the Strongest Right-Hand Person." The success of management greatly changes based on who you meet and who you collaborate with. Moreover, this partner is not limited to business partners within the company. Meeting employees who will become the right hand of the president and future executive candidates is the most important "management encounter" that will influence the future of the company. Successful managers discover such "rising partners" within the company and grow together with them. In this lecture, we will share relationship-building techniques to uncover the "destined partner" hidden within future encounters and foster growth. 【Specific Lecture Content】 ■ The success of management is about partnering with "rising individuals." ■ Management changes with the encounter of a destined partner. ■ Who is the destined partner, and where can they be found? ■ The destined partner = the strongest partner. ■ How to meet your partner before time runs out. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our seminar "Talent Management." If you only look at work history and visible skills, you may not recognize the true talents that a person possesses. Employees who are not performing well may simply be in the wrong role. The talent management we will discuss in this presentation is the technique of discovering each employee's "hidden talents" and providing them with the best environment to shine. We will classify the characteristics of talents, address the interpersonal issues that arise from these differences, and share tips on how to maximize the overall performance of the organization. 【Specific Topics of the Presentation】 ■ Talent management is the study of human beings ■ You cannot discover talent by merely tracing work history ■ Grasping the essence of human beings and classifying talents ■ Interpersonal issues in organizations arising from differences in talents *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our seminar titled "Management of Individuality and Compatibility." The reason behind "another person has quit" may actually lie in the "compatibility" between the supervisor and the subordinate. You might think this sounds somewhat abstract, but this "compatibility" is not based on gut feelings or subjective notions; it is a significant organizational issue that can be elucidated based on scientific theories. In this presentation, we will delve into the importance of compatibility in organizational structuring, along with specific case studies. By objectively assessing the characteristics of both supervisors and subordinates and assigning roles that best utilize their abilities, we will achieve "the right person in the right place" without relying on intuition. 【Specific Topics of the Presentation】 ■ The reason why excellent employees leave is due to compatibility issues with their supervisors ■ The science of compatibility ■ Principle 1 for creating a dynamic organization: Assessing the characteristics (aptitudes) of supervisors and employees ■ Principle 2 for creating a dynamic organization: Combining characteristics with work (jobs and roles) ■ Principle 3 for creating a dynamic organization: Pairing subordinates with proactive supervisors *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
