This is a metal collet-type fixture base for assembly jigs. It can temporarily hold small diameter pipes (approximately up to φ6mm) and allows for free adjustment of angles from vertical to horizontal. The S45C metal collet structure is strong against repeated attachment and angle changes, making it suitable for consistent use from the prototype stage to mass production lines. Its compact design makes it easy to retrofit onto existing jig plates or workbenches, and it can be used as an angled fixed holder for sensor pipes, nozzles, and thin shafts. Custom shapes of the S45C material and adjustments to the angle mechanism can be made according to requests such as "I want a metal collet that fits the shape of our parts" or "I want to adjust the holding power and contact surfaces."

• Assembly Jig

This is a φ30mm collet-type small fixed base for assembly jigs. It temporarily holds cables and small diameter parts (approximately φ3 to 10mm) in place, supporting hands-free operations in processes where both hands are needed, such as connector assembly and continuity testing. Thanks to its friction-holding collet structure made from 3D-printed wood-based PLA, it allows for workpiece attachment and detachment without tools, and it can hold with less force compared to metal clamps, thereby reducing the load on cable insulation and small diameter parts. The main applications include temporary fixing and positioning of cables, as well as serving as a holding and positioning aid for small cylindrical parts like small diameter shafts and bearing outer rings. The compatible diameters, number of pieces, and hole configurations can be customized, and we can accommodate requests such as "I want a collet that fits the shape of our parts" or "I want to adjust the holding force and contact surfaces."

• Assembly Jig

This product is a 3D-printed fixture that holds the inner diameter of small workpieces through the friction of a wooden collet. It can be manufactured at a low cost and in a short time without the need for metal processing. It can be widely used for prototypes, assembly, inspection, and educational fixtures. We handle the production of the wooden collet body and can also assist with inquiries regarding 3D printer data. We have actual samples made with a 3D printer available. Those interested will receive further information separately.

• Assembly Jig

We assist in resolving the "slight inconveniences" and "difficulties" in the field through the design and production of automated machines and jigs. We also offer original products that focus on user-friendly "ease of use," such as interchangeable collet jigs for small circuit boards and braille embossers that fit business card sizes. From partial automation of existing lines to dedicated pressing machines, assembly machines, and inspection devices, we propose custom-made equipment tailored to the processes and workpieces. We can also handle the 2D/3D CAD conversion of paper drawings, the creation of drawings for tools and jigs that are not yet documented, and modifications and improvements to existing equipment. • Mechanical Design

This product is a compact braille embossing machine that allows you to manually emboss only the necessary braille on business card-sized paper and cards. Its letterpress structure makes it easy to use, requiring no power and operating quietly, making it suitable for a wide range of settings such as welfare workshops, small businesses, and prototyping purposes. It is a compact braille-compatible tool specifically designed for the need to "emboss only the necessary braille without the need for long texts or mass production."

• Work tools

The "MOV-01" is a pitch feed transport unit composed entirely of resin parts made from MC nylon, which does not use any lubricating oil. By employing a unique structure (registered design) without the use of belts or chains, it enables silent, clean, and lubrication-free linear transport in manufacturing lines that are sensitive to oil, such as those for food, pharmaceuticals, and printed circuit boards. By combining it with pneumatic cylinders or electric cylinders, it can be easily constructed as a pitch feed, reciprocating transport, and positioning mechanism, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from small automatic machines and prototype lines to full-scale transport devices.

• Food Conveyor Equipment

This product is a collet-type fixture made of 3D printing that utilizes the elasticity of O-rings to secure workpieces. It can be manufactured at low cost and in a short time without the need for metal processing. It supports both outer diameter and inner diameter holding types, making it widely usable from prototyping to assembly, inspection, and educational fixtures. This product is scheduled to be exhibited at the "Itabashi Industrial Fair" to be held in November 2025.

This bit is a work support tool designed for assembly lines to accommodate special irregularities and shapes that standard bits cannot handle. It achieves stable torque transmission, contributing to improved work efficiency and reduced defects. • Power tools

The "Cable Winding Tool (CWJ-xx)" is a lightweight assistive tool that allows for easy winding of cables and cords with one hand. It was developed for use in settings such as welfare facilities and light work outsourcing sites, where workers may have weak finger strength or where there is a need to reduce the burden of repetitive tasks. In addition to improving work efficiency, it allows anyone to wind the cord into the same shape, thereby minimizing variations in the product's appearance and finish.
