This dedicated bit is designed for use with the KTC ratchet stubby driver, to tighten special-shaped components that cannot be handled with standard bits. It addresses workpiece shapes with recesses, steps, or irregular profiles by combining the KTC ratchet stubby driver with a custom bit, improving work efficiency while maintaining stable torque transmission. The product is intended to reduce operator workload and stabilize tightening quality on the shop floor. Features Hex shank specification that can be directly mounted on the KTC ratchet stubby driver (DBRS06). Provides stable torque transmission, helping to reduce risks such as insufficient tightening and layout changes caused by tool limitations. Custom bit shapes can be designed to match the geometry of your workpieces. Bit specifications for KTC drivers can be modified and designed to suit existing tools and tightening conditions.

Are you having trouble with "missing," "old," or "insufficient" drawings for machines, automatic devices, jigs, or parts? S.Design Create (S. Design Create LLC / Itabashi Ward, Tokyo) offers a service where mechanical designers with practical experience in precision jig and automatic machine design accept drawing work using Fusion 360 (3D CAD) and IJCAD v2026 (2D CAD). We provide a wide range of services, from developing part drawings from assembly drawings, converting paper drawings and PDFs into CAD, creating drawings from the idea and concept stage, to drafting from physical measurements, delivering "usable drawings" that can be directly used for manufacturing, mass production, and ordering. *For cases where there are no drawings or for the reproduction of damaged parts, we also offer a separate reverse engineering service.

This is a technical document aimed at re-evaluating "minor inconveniences" and "difficult-to-use" aspects from the perspective of universal design, based on the know-how cultivated in the field of automatic machine and jig design. It summarizes checkpoints for designing jigs that are easy to use for elderly individuals and those with or without disabilities in settings such as nursing care, welfare facilities, and light work environments. By incorporating examples such as code winding jigs and braille embossers, it clearly explains design innovations that lead to reduced workload, improved safety, and fewer mistakes, making it useful not only for considering new jigs but also for improving existing ones.

This is a metal collet-type fixture designed as an assembly aid. It lightly grips small-diameter pipes (typically up to φ6 mm) for temporary holding, and allows the angle to be freely adjusted from vertical to horizontal. The S45C steel collet structure provides high durability against repeated attachment/removal and angle changes, enabling continuous use from prototype stages through to mass-production lines. The compact design makes it easy to retrofit onto existing fixture plates and workbenches, so it can be used as an angle-adjustable holder for sensor pipes, nozzles, fine shafts, and similar components. We can also customize the S45C collet geometry and angle mechanism to match your part shape or to adjust contact surfaces and holding force, in response to requests such as “a metal collet tailored to our own component” or “fine adjustment of clamping characteristics.”

This is a φ30 mm collet-type compact fixture designed as an assembly aid. It lightly grips cables and small-diameter parts (typically φ3–10 mm) for temporary holding, supporting hands-free work in operations such as connector assembly and continuity testing. The friction-holding collet structure, 3D-printed from wood-like PLA, allows tool-less attachment and removal of workpieces. Compared with metal clamps, it reduces the risk of scratching and provides gentle retention, helping to minimize load on cable insulation and small precision parts. Typical applications include temporary holding and positioning of cables, as well as auxiliary fixtures for retaining and positioning small shafts, bearing outer rings, and other small cylindrical components. The number of holes, hole diameter, and hole arrangement can be custom-designed, allowing us to respond to requests such as “a collet tailored to our own part geometry” or “adjusting the contact surface and holding force.”

This product is a friction-holding fixture that uses the inclined surface of a wooden collet to retain the inner diameter of small workpieces. The base fixture can be produced with a 3D printer, enabling lightweight tooling without metal machining. It can be manufactured at low cost and in a short lead time, and is suitable for a wide range of applications from prototyping and assembly to inspection and educational use. The wooden collet body can be manufactured by our company, and we can also provide consultation on 3D printer data for the fixture. A 3D-printed sample unit is available; please contact us if you would like a demonstration.

This product is a manual braille stamping machine for embossing braille onto business card-size cards. By focusing on embossing only the necessary braille, it is supplied with interchangeable blocks for two lines or three lines of braille, making it well suited for message cards for visually impaired users and for hands-on learning at welfare facilities and schools for the blind. Because it is manually operated and requires no power supply, it can be used safely in quiet environments such as classrooms, event venues, exhibitions, and welfare facilities. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to carry, and it is suitable both for on-site use by printing businesses and for producing small lots of cards with braille. It is a compact, business card-size dedicated braille stamping machine, tailored to applications where “the text of the message is already prepared, but only the necessary braille needs to be added to the card or business card.”

The "MOV-01" is a pitch feed transport unit composed entirely of resin parts made from MC nylon, which does not use any lubricating oil. By employing a unique structure (registered design) without the use of belts or chains, it enables silent, clean, and lubrication-free linear transport in manufacturing lines that are sensitive to oil, such as those for food, pharmaceuticals, and printed circuit boards. By combining it with pneumatic cylinders or electric cylinders, it can be easily constructed as a pitch feed, reciprocating transport, and positioning mechanism, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from small automatic machines and prototype lines to full-scale transport devices.
