This is a metal collet-type fixture base for assembly jigs. It can temporarily hold small diameter pipes (approximately up to φ6mm) and allows for free adjustment of angles from vertical to horizontal. The S45C metal collet structure is strong against repeated attachment and angle changes, making it suitable for consistent use from the prototype stage to mass production lines. Its compact design makes it easy to retrofit onto existing jig plates or workbenches, and it can be used as an angled fixed holder for sensor pipes, nozzles, and thin shafts. Custom shapes of the S45C material and adjustments to the angle mechanism can be made according to requests such as "I want a metal collet that fits the shape of our parts" or "I want to adjust the holding power and contact surfaces."

This is a φ30mm collet-type small fixed base for assembly jigs. It temporarily holds cables and small diameter parts (approximately φ3 to 10mm) in place, supporting hands-free operations in processes where both hands are needed, such as connector assembly and continuity testing. Thanks to its friction-holding collet structure made from 3D-printed wood-based PLA, it allows for workpiece attachment and detachment without tools, and it can hold with less force compared to metal clamps, thereby reducing the load on cable insulation and small diameter parts. The main applications include temporary fixing and positioning of cables, as well as serving as a holding and positioning aid for small cylindrical parts like small diameter shafts and bearing outer rings. The compatible diameters, number of pieces, and hole configurations can be customized, and we can accommodate requests such as "I want a collet that fits the shape of our parts" or "I want to adjust the holding force and contact surfaces."

This product is a 3D-printed fixture that holds the inner diameter of small workpieces through the friction of a wooden collet. It can be manufactured at a low cost and in a short time without the need for metal processing. It can be widely used for prototypes, assembly, inspection, and educational fixtures. We handle the production of the wooden collet body and can also assist with inquiries regarding 3D printer data. We have actual samples made with a 3D printer available.
