Development of functional materials centered on ceramics and inorganic polymers that require high heat resistance in fields such as space and aviation, production of ceramic composite material test pieces, design and manufacturing of research and development equipment and facilities, and production of resin parts.

Utilizing 3D CAD/CAM for 5-axis machining, we specialize in processing a variety of small-lot products, particularly in the prototype development field, including thin-walled machining and complex shape processing. We have extensive experience and achievements in prototype development using materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and other difficult-to-cut materials and heat-resistant alloys. We provide appropriate quality and short delivery times for everything from prototype development to small and medium lots, as well as mass production.

We have been specializing in precision machining until now, capable of processing products with strict dimensional accuracy in microns, as well as perpendicularity, flatness, and positional accuracy. We have obtained ISO 9001 certification and guarantee quality using various measuring instruments such as 3D measuring machines and microscopes in a dedicated inspection room within our factory, along with gauges like block gauges and pin gauges. We can also accommodate small lot sizes and have transactions with JAXA.

Production technology for aircraft parts processing that can manufacture high-precision and high-difficulty aircraft components with high quality (with tolerances of 5μ for inner and outer diameters, 5μ for coaxiality, 5μ for cylindricity, and 0.5μ for roundness). The facility has obtained AS9100 certification and has been processing hydraulic cylinders for aircraft for four years, maintaining a quality assurance system with zero processing defects. The hydraulic cylinder processing factory is temperature-controlled, and after processing, inspections are conducted using a 3D measuring machine (automatic), establishing a quality assurance system for space components.

The retained technology includes high-strength screw processing technology through rolling, precision cutting processing with air conditioning, precision cutting processing of round bars and forged products (Φ20 to 250, maximum length 600), and precision cutting processing of mass-produced items (with a production record of up to 80,000 units per part).

We offer proposal and collaborative problem-solving services utilizing our know-how in the design and manufacturing of production jigs for aircraft. We possess a unique database that has accumulated over 60 years of experience and expertise in the production of power infrastructure components.

Using custom-made precision NC lathes for ultra-precision machining and subsequent processing (such as heat treatment, barrel finishing, and diamond electroplating), we practice production management and quality control cultivated through automotive instrument shafts, establish a traceable system, and implement IoT management where all employees have tablets to input work data for all processes, which is centrally managed and reflected in data analysis for improvements.

We have an integrated production system in-house that covers everything from cutting, heat treatment, grinding, polishing, to inspection, capable of handling both small and large quantities. We possess a 3000mm wide door five-sided machining center and a 2800NC turning machine, capable of processing from palm-sized to large parts for cutting and turning. We can handle high-precision difficult machining due to years of accumulated technology, and we are capable of integrated production from material procurement (can manufacturing and welding) to machining, assembly, and testing.

We undertake the conceptual design, manufacturing, and inspection of analog circuits, high-frequency circuits, and digital circuits all in one company.
