Using custom-made precision NC lathes for ultra-precision machining and subsequent processing (such as heat treatment, barrel finishing, and diamond electroplating), we practice production management and quality control cultivated through automotive instrument shafts, establish a traceable system, and implement IoT management where all employees have tablets to input work data for all processes, which is centrally managed and reflected in data analysis for improvements.

Production of various printed circuit boards such as single-sided boards, double-sided boards, multilayer boards, metal boards, and fluorine boards is possible, with a proven track record in mass production of metal boards (aluminum/copper) for heat dissipation purposes.

We own a DED (Directed Energy Deposition) 3D metal additive manufacturing device, LAMDA200 (manufactured by Nidec Machine Tool), hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and have implemented a CAM system for 3D metal additive manufacturing.
