Production technology for aircraft parts processing that can manufacture high-precision and high-difficulty aircraft components with high quality (with tolerances of 5μ for inner and outer diameters, 5μ for coaxiality, 5μ for cylindricity, and 0.5μ for roundness). The facility has obtained AS9100 certification and has been processing hydraulic cylinders for aircraft for four years, maintaining a quality assurance system with zero processing defects. The hydraulic cylinder processing factory is temperature-controlled, and after processing, inspections are conducted using a 3D measuring machine (automatic), establishing a quality assurance system for space components.

Precision machining technology using large 5-axis composite processing machines and five-sided processing machines capable of handling a maximum diameter of 2.5m and a length of 4m, large three-dimensional measurement contract services that can guarantee the precision of large workpieces up to 4m with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and a high-level quality assurance system based on JIS Q 9100 that enables the supply of finished products including processing and special processes for the manufacturing of aerospace actual parts.

Integrated production system for aluminum die casting, processing, assembly, and inspection (with over 20 casting machines), comprehensive production from procurement of electronic components and housing parts to circuit board assembly and electrical testing, integrated production from in-house mold design and manufacturing to injection molding and assembly (with over 10 molding machines ranging from 100t to 650t), and integrated production through collaboration within the group for FRP molding and precision machining.
