Utilizing 3D CAD/CAM for 5-axis machining, we specialize in processing a variety of small-lot products, particularly in the prototype development field, including thin-walled machining and complex shape processing. We have extensive experience and achievements in prototype development using materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and other difficult-to-cut materials and heat-resistant alloys. We provide appropriate quality and short delivery times for everything from prototype development to small and medium lots, as well as mass production.

Precision machining technology using large 5-axis composite processing machines and five-sided processing machines capable of handling a maximum diameter of 2.5m and a length of 4m, large three-dimensional measurement contract services that can guarantee the precision of large workpieces up to 4m with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and a high-level quality assurance system based on JIS Q 9100 that enables the supply of finished products including processing and special processes for the manufacturing of aerospace actual parts.

We can work in compliance with JAXA's quality standards from conceptual design to manufacturing and inspection of analog circuits, high-frequency circuits, and digital circuits. We have a track record in the development of satellite-mounted modems equipped with digital modulation and demodulation, high-speed data recorders, onboard computers, and modules for artificial satellites, as well as design, manufacturing, assembly, and inspection of experiments for the International Space Station (ISS). We can propose electronic circuits for spacecraft using the technology cultivated in semiconductor inspection equipment and broadcasting equipment design.

We possess a 3000mm wide door five-sided machining center and a 2800NC turning machine, capable of processing from palm-sized to large parts for cutting and turning. We can handle high-precision difficult machining due to years of accumulated technology, and we are capable of integrated production from material procurement (can manufacturing and welding) to machining, assembly, and testing.

Although we are fabless and do not have our own manufacturing facilities, we can select from cooperative manufacturing partners to propose manufacturing solutions that meet customer demands. We cater to a wide range of fields, including audio equipment, electronic devices, and medical devices, and can respond to advanced requirements such as making circuit boards smaller or implementing noise reduction in home appliances, industrial machinery, and office automation equipment. Our fundamental principles are customer first, quality, speed, and challenge, and we conduct circuit board design, manufacturing, component procurement, and assembly at two locations in Ibaraki and Tokyo.

Integrated production system for aluminum die casting, processing, assembly, and inspection (with over 20 casting machines), comprehensive production from procurement of electronic components and housing parts to circuit board assembly and electrical testing, integrated production from in-house mold design and manufacturing to injection molding and assembly (with over 10 molding machines ranging from 100t to 650t), and integrated production through collaboration within the group for FRP molding and precision machining.

Manufacture and sale of thermal conductivity measurement devices (capable of handling thin films, micro-regions, sheet materials, thermal pads, grease, etc.), support for contracted thermal conductivity measurements, support for various temperature measurements, compatible with finite element method thermal simulations, possession of CFRP fiber orientation evaluation devices, and temperature measurement equipment (various infrared cameras, temperature sensors, heat flow sensors).

We handle the design, manufacturing, and installation of various glove boxes, from nuclear power to medical applications, and we are capable of processing parts and manufacturing devices using large-scale canning welding and machining equipment. We are also advancing the development of remote-controlled robots aimed at the remote operation of glove boxes.
