We offer high-quality processing capabilities, from ±0.1mm bending accuracy and complex R bending of thin plates (0.8mm) to thick plate welding for railway components, all within an integrated processing system that includes painting, silk screening, and assembly in-house. We can accommodate both solvent and powder coating, and we can propose processing solutions using our sheet metal technology developed across various industries, including communication equipment, semiconductor devices, railway-related, lifting equipment, and automotive sectors.

Utilizing 3D CAD/CAM for 5-axis machining, we specialize in processing a variety of small-lot products, particularly in the prototype development field, including thin-walled machining and complex shape processing. We have extensive experience and achievements in prototype development using materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and other difficult-to-cut materials and heat-resistant alloys. We provide appropriate quality and short delivery times for everything from prototype development to small and medium lots, as well as mass production.

We possess a 3000mm wide door five-sided machining center and a 2800NC turning machine, capable of processing from palm-sized to large parts for cutting and turning. We can handle high-precision difficult machining due to years of accumulated technology, and we are capable of integrated production from material procurement (can manufacturing and welding) to machining, assembly, and testing.

We provide parts using a metal powder bed fusion 3D printer, utilizing difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel and Inconel, capable of handling complex three-dimensional shapes, as well as products with complex geometries combined with precision sheet metal and 5-axis machining.

We own a DED (Directed Energy Deposition) 3D metal additive manufacturing device, LAMDA200 (manufactured by Nidec Machine Tool), hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and have implemented a CAM system for 3D metal additive manufacturing.

Manufacturing and sales of various machinery and equipment for the chemical industry, canning and metal processing industry, general construction business / Ibaraki Prefectural Governor's License (General-02) No. 5907, first-class pressure vessel manufacturing license, manufacturing and sales of piping fittings, installation work for machinery and equipment, as well as steel frame and piping work, steel structure work, piping work, and installation work for equipment and instruments.

We handle the design, manufacturing, and installation of various glove boxes, from nuclear power to medical applications, and we are capable of processing parts and manufacturing devices using large-scale canning welding and machining equipment. We are also advancing the development of remote-controlled robots aimed at the remote operation of glove boxes.
