We can accommodate both solvent and powder coating, and we can propose processing solutions using our sheet metal technology developed across various industries, including communication equipment, semiconductor devices, railway-related, lifting equipment, and automotive sectors.

We provide parts using a metal powder bed fusion 3D printer, utilizing difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel and Inconel, capable of handling complex three-dimensional shapes, as well as products with complex geometries combined with precision sheet metal and 5-axis machining.

Our manufacturing technology and supply chain network can handle a wide variety of processes, from material procurement to processing (pressing and cutting), heat treatment (aging hardening, annealing, carburizing), surface treatment (various plating), assembly, and welding. We perform fire processing, machining, and polishing of glass and quartz products, as well as processing of metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, and brass) and processing of resins (such as PVC and acrylic).
