This is a thickness measurement system targeting thin film and sheet materials used in PEM fuel cells, PEM water electrolysis, electrolyte membranes, catalyst layers, CCM, MEA, GDL, PTL, and more. It accommodates everything from prototype evaluation testing machines for research and material development to future mass production inline full inspection systems. In addition to measuring the thickness at a single point, we also welcome inquiries about thickness distribution and thickness variation evaluation across the entire workpiece. We will consider specifications according to the target workpiece and evaluation objectives, including obtaining thickness distribution through multi-point measurements and visualizing in 2D and 3D. For prototype evaluations, we build dedicated testing machines tailored to material, surface condition, and required precision. In mass production processes, we expand into inline measurement systems that include transport, positioning, measurement, judgment, and data collection. Please consult us about challenges such as "I cannot measure stably with conventional methods," "I want to evaluate thickness variation in the plane," "I want to establish a measurement method through prototype evaluation," and "I want to expand evaluation results to the mass production line." Even from the stage where the measurement method is not established, we will consider specifications while confirming the workpiece and measurement conditions. Leveraging insights gained from prototype evaluations, we can propose solutions that anticipate mass production, speed-up, and expansion to multiple lines.
