The M1 Wave is configured with a Marpos EBG (Electronic Bore Gauge) plug head that has a built-in transducer, connected to a handle that combines a Bluetooth® transmitter and a power battery.

The measurement principle captures the change in distance between the nozzle of the air plug gauge and the object being measured as a change in air pressure. A differential pressure measurement called a "balanced pneumatic bridge" and an amplifier that electrically amplifies the signal are used to obtain the measurement value.

The "M2 Electron" is a high-precision electric snap gauge. Due to its accuracy and ease of handling, it offers products suitable for measuring various main bearings and pin bearings (diameter measurement in 1, 2, or 3 sections, oval, barrel shapes, and taper) in the market. M1 Star™ offers a range of specialized plug gauges tailored for expert measurements, making it suitable for a wide variety of special applications.

This is an electronic manual ring gauge with a built-in full bridge (LVDT) transducer that supports outer diameter measurements from 4 to 100 mm. It is ideal for measurement points close to the shoulder. It can be used to measure directly on the workpiece, or it can be used as a simple bench with optional support.

You can directly measure the workpiece held inside the machine or attach it to an optional gauge stand, inserting the workpiece side for bench use. Zero adjustment of the measuring tool is unnecessary, allowing for a simple and quick setup change by just moving the fixed side.
