マツボー Product Lineup

Milder is an inline emulsifying disperser that can handle both batch processing and continuous processing.

The high-efficiency mixer 'VISCO JET®' achieves high-efficiency stirring of slurries that are difficult to disperse, such as those with high viscosity, high sedimentation, and lump formation. Compared to conventional mixers, it stirs at a very low rotational speed of 1.3 to 3.5 m/sec, preventing the formation of vortex flow and eliminating air entrapment, allowing for energy-efficient mixing. ★ We are offering a free comprehensive catalog of the high-efficiency mixer with patented technology from Visco Jet! We have a lineup of various sizes of ViscoJet mixers suitable for different applications, including lab use, wall-mounted, 1m3 container-mounted, and large tank-mounted models! If you are struggling with dispersion mixing, please take this opportunity to check out the catalog! *Available for free viewing via the "Download" link below. 【Main Application Examples】 ■ Beverages ■ Dairy Products ■ Food Products ■ Confectionery ■ Chemicals ■ Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics ■ Colorants and many more!

Are you having trouble with dispersion stirring? The high-efficiency stirrer with patented technology from ViscoJet enables efficient stirring of slurries that are difficult to disperse, such as those with high viscosity, high sedimentation, and agglomeration. The unique cone-shaped impeller creates a venturi effect that promotes liquid flow throughout the container, allowing for efficient and uniform stirring at low shear. The patented Crack impeller can dissolve powders like a dissolver at high shear and can also be used as a pre-emulsifier while stirring the entire container. The VISCO JET stirrer operates at a peripheral speed of 1.3 to 3.5 m/sec, which is very low compared to conventional stirrers, preventing the formation of vortex flow and air entrapment, allowing for energy-efficient stirring. We offer a variety of sizes of ViscoJet stirrers suitable for different applications, including lab use, wall-mounted, 1m3 container-mounted, and large tank-mounted models. [The following VISCOJET impellers (Classic, Crack, Spiral) with diameter d2 can be attached to a shaft diameter of 10mm with M8 threads] ○ d2 = 80mm ○ d2 = 120mm ○ d2 = 150mm For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Selected for the SBIR Program Phase I of the U.S. National Science Foundation. Mass production of uniform nanoparticles ranging from 50 to over 500 nm at a continuous rate of over 100 mL/min. Functionality for nanoparticle concentration and organic solvent dilution is provided by a TFF unit. Achieved a filling rate of over 99% through active loading of liposomes. Scale-up from lab-level to mass production, which was impossible with conventional equipment, is now feasible. Additional processing steps such as crystal injection and surface modification can be added to the manufactured liposomes, enabling highly flexible continuous production.

The FAMAT sampling valve is used by major pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and chemical companies around the world (Roche, Novartis, Merck, Johnson Matthey, Pfizer, Basf, GSK, Bayer, Lonza) and has received high acclaim. Designed for powder sampling, it eliminates dead space, improves cleanliness, and is designed to prevent cross-contamination. The globally patented Expanding Piston Technology (EPT) is uniquely designed to allow for the most typical sampling, where the piston expands directly against the inner wall of the valve body to seal, eliminating the need for O-rings or seats, thus reducing the risk of sample contamination. Flexible materials utilize the dedicated ILC Dover's AmorFlex anti-static, chemical-resistant reinforced film (https://www.ilcdover.com/products/armorflex-films/), ensuring clean and safe containment while providing the convenience and productivity of single-use.
