This is a container-type powder mixer primarily used in the mixing process of pharmaceutical formulations. Since the mixing container can be used directly as a transport and storage container, it reduces the time for loading, unloading, and cleaning, making it ideal for small-batch production with a variety of products that are sensitive to contamination. Thanks to the fixed mixing blades installed on the container lid, it can achieve homogeneous mixing in a short time even at high powder loading rates, compared to simple container rotation-type mixers.

This is a container-type powder mixer used in processes that require variety and color changes, such as toner, powder coatings, and resin compounds. The mixing chamber is separated into a mixing head and a mixing container, but during container attachment and detachment, the container is rotated downwards, while during mixing, it is rotated upwards. The mixing head is equipped with mixing blades that rotate at different speeds and blades for dispersion and crushing. It is a vertical precision mixer that can be directly used for raw material receiving, transportation, and discharge, making it particularly suitable for weighing batch mixing processes and small-lot, multi-variety production lines.

A shovel with a scoop shape is arranged inside a horizontal drum, and by utilizing its unique shape, mounting angle, and rotation speed, it creates centrifugal diffusion and vortex flow, allowing the raw materials to be mixed in a three-dimensional flow state. Here, various unit operations (mixing, drying, heating, cooling, humidifying, kneading, granulating, coating, etc.) can be performed simultaneously and sequentially. Furthermore, the chopper can also break down lumps, further enhancing the mixing degree.

The FAMAT sampling valve is used by major pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and chemical companies around the world (Roche, Novartis, Merck, Johnson Matthey, Pfizer, Basf, GSK, Bayer, Lonza) and has received high acclaim. Designed for powder sampling, it eliminates dead space, improves cleanliness, and is designed to prevent cross-contamination. The globally patented Expanding Piston Technology (EPT) is uniquely designed to allow for the most typical sampling, where the piston expands directly against the inner wall of the valve body to seal, eliminating the need for O-rings or seats, thus reducing the risk of sample contamination. Flexible materials utilize the dedicated ILC Dover's AmorFlex anti-static, chemical-resistant reinforced film (https://www.ilcdover.com/products/armorflex-films/), ensuring clean and safe containment while providing the convenience and productivity of single-use.
