This is a high-pressure, high-power vacuum extrusion molding machine. It features a large vacuum chamber, which prevents overflow of raw materials in the vacuum chamber and allows for continuous stable operation. Thanks to the jacket structure for heating and cooling, as well as the unique screw design, it is capable of extruding various materials and shapes (such as honeycomb, pipes, hollow flat plates, sheets, etc.). Maintenance, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly are also very simple.

This is a continuous granulator that efficiently and firmly granulates raw materials containing moisture, oil, binders, and the like. Multiple rollers rotate around the die, pushing the raw material into the holes to form granules. The conical rollers securely grip the raw material and apply uniform pressure while minimizing slip. The extruded raw material is cut to a uniform length by a cutter located below the die, resulting in cylindrical pellets.

The finely powdered material has a small apparent density, poor flowability, and various handling issues such as dust generation. The effect of increased apparent density by the vacuum press is due to both vacuum and mechanical pressure. The raw material is covered on the surface of the filter drum, which is being evacuated from the inside. As the drum rotates, layers are continuously formed, leading to an increase in primary bulk density. Furthermore, the degassed powder layer is subjected to pressure by the pressurized drum, resulting in a soft, agglomerated layer of high bulk density, which is then scraped off by a scraper and removed from the device.

The crushing method involves pressing the raw material in the center as if bridging it to break it apart. The raw material introduced is crushed with cracks as the peaks on the surfaces of two rotating rolls serve as the points of force. The crushed material then moves to the next roll, where it is progressively refined into smaller particles. The target particle size can be freely adjusted based on the width of the roll peaks, the number of roll stages, and the gap between the rolls. Compared to conventional crushing methods, this method offers superior crushing efficiency and reproducibility, significantly reducing running costs.

This is a device that is installed above the raw material supply port of an extruder or similar equipment in the manufacturing process of resin products, continuously supplying raw materials to the extruder or injection molding machine under high vacuum conditions. By maintaining a constant high vacuum, it not only completely eliminates oxygen, nitrogen, and water vapor between the raw materials but also removes gases and water vapor generated during the melting of pellets and powders from the back in an easily vented melting zone. This allows for the production of smooth, high-transparency products with no bubbles or discoloration on the surface.

By supplying pre-degassed raw materials horizontally within a vertically configured upper and lower roll, compared to a horizontally arranged roll type, there is less powder drop, and stable flakes can be obtained with high yield. 1. High bulk density products can be continuously and stably obtained, and low bulk density raw materials can also be compacted due to continuous pre-treatment with the hopper, horizontal screw, and degassing device. 2. High product yield is achieved through the selection of pre-degassing and breakers, resulting in high flake yield with minimal generation of fine powder. 3. The installation area and height per processing capacity are small, making it easy to scale up to larger machines. 4. As it is a dry process, intermediate processes such as wetting, mixing, and drying are unnecessary, allowing for reductions in both initial and running costs, easy condition changes with small sample sizes, and no need for binders. 5. The compression rolls are designed to accommodate a range from low to high loads, suitable for soft to hard flakes, and there are also cantilever roll types like the FR type that enhance disassembly and cleaning, offering a wide lineup. 6. Maintenance-free Our machines are highly durable, requiring only routine inspections even after continuous operation for 24 hours a day for one year, with no special maintenance needed (excluding consumables).
