AccumulationWin is a Windows application that collects digital IO signals from multiple fatigue testing machines, including those from other manufacturers, and centrally monitors and records the operational status of each testing machine. It displays the "operating/stopped" status of each machine in real-time with color coding, automatically aggregating operating time, downtime, elapsed time, and status change timestamps. Accumulated data can be viewed in a calendar format as operating rates on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis, and it also supports Gantt chart displays for any specified period. When the threshold for abnormal downtime or abnormal operating time is exceeded, the screen displays a warning in orange, and automatic email distribution via SMTP (for both stopped and operating states) is also possible.
