A stainless steel flexible tube is treated with flame-retardant PVC coating to firmly and flexibly protect optical fibers, allowing them to be handled like electrical wires. It is compatible with optical fibers such as GI/SM/HPCF/MGF/tape core wires. Eight colors of PVC coating (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white, gray, black) are available to aid in the identification of optical fiber cables. We offer a variety of optical connectors to prevent issues such as breakage of optical fibers at the connector part. Products with up to 8 cores are standardized, and pico-flex cables with lengths of 500m or more can be utilized. PEEK tubes are ultra-heat resistant (continuous use at 260°C), flame retardant (UL standard VO), steam resistant (can be used continuously in steam and hot water), fatigue resistant, chemical resistant (excellent resistance to acids and alkalis at high temperatures), radiation resistant, compliant with food sanitation laws (compliant with Food Sanitation Law No. 370), excellent in anti-friction and wear resistance, and can be manufactured with a minimum inner diameter of φ0.05*0.1 (outer diameter). There are standard and custom products available, with custom products not requiring mold costs. Additionally, due to their smoothness, they allow for easy threading of optical fibers and other materials. Tubes for liquid chromatography (HPLC) and piping are available starting from a minimum inner diameter of φ0.025.

This is a silicone rubber spiral tube that is highly flexible, excellent in heat resistance and bending resistance, and can protect and bundle optical fibers without putting pressure on them. It can be cut into shorter lengths for bundling optical fibers during wiring work and can also be used to protect the base of optical connectors.
