The partial discharge test system TTS has been specially developed for high voltage (HI-Pot) and partial discharge testing of semiconductors (opto-couplers, digital isolators) in routine tests compliant with VDE 0884, IEC 60747-5-5, and UL 1577. The partial discharge test system supports test voltages up to a peak voltage of 18.3 kV. Partial discharge, test voltage (Urms and Upeak), test specimen current, and test specimen capacitance are measured with high precision. The partial discharge test system consists of a control and measurement unit integrated into a 19” housing that displays test voltage, current, and partial discharge. The high voltage generation unit is located within a high voltage module, which can be mounted on various handlers or manual measurement stations. MPS provides support for measurement and testing systems by integrating with the customer's unique system. The partial discharge test system is available not only for development purposes but also for 100% testing in production using handlers. A manual measurement station for manual assembly can be used for testing development or prototypes. Up to four handlers can be connected to the control computer.

The implementation of the TBL0225-2 is intended for use in EMC measurements of satellites and spacecraft. The LISN does not have an output for measuring conducted emissions; instead, it functions solely as a network to stabilize line impedance. An RF current monitoring probe is used to measure conducted emissions in accordance with the standard. The 2 µH inductor mimics the typical inductance of power wire harnesses in spacecraft and satellites. The LISN is inserted into the power line and power return line of the EUT.

The TBBT01 Bias-Tee is a device used to measure the saturation effect of power inductors and the effect of bias voltage on capacitors. Most bias tees available for power inductor testing operate at low frequencies, making them unsuitable for evaluating RF power amplifiers or decoupling/bias inductors in EMC filters. However, RF bias tees typically have limited current capacity and cannot be used in lower frequency ranges. The TBBT01 can measure not only high currents but also high bandwidth. Power inductors often use ferrite cores, which are affected by magnetic saturation. Even before reaching the magnetic saturation current specified in the inductor's datasheet, the inductance begins to decrease, and the RF characteristics of the component deteriorate. The impact of DC current is often underestimated when constructing EMC filters, leading to filters not functioning as planned. A high-current bias tee is necessary to evaluate the frequency response of EMC filters under load conditions. High-current bias tees can be used for a wide range of additional applications.

**Product Overview** The TBL05100-1 is a universal 5µH LISN that meets the requirements of several standards. The TBL05100 is factory-jumpered to 50Ω // 5µH + 1Ω, complying with the impedance and phase isolation specifications of CISPR 16-1-2 and CISPR 25. By setting the internal jumper, it can be converted to a 50Ω // 5µH variant that supports standards such as CISPR 25, MIL-STD-461G, ISO11452-4, and ISO 7637-2. Adding an external 10F capacitor will adjust the impedance to meet DO-160 specifications. The LISN is inserted into the power line of the EUT (Equipment Under Test). The conducted noise from the EUT's power terminals can be monitored via a BNC connector using a spectrum analyzer or measurement receiver. The 5µH inductor isolates the source (supply) terminal from the EUT terminals. Using two TBL05100-1 units in combination with the Tekbox LISN Mate allows for the separate measurement of common mode noise and differential mode noise.
