It can test all types of capacitors from low to high values. The results of testing a single capacitor multiple times are very stable and accurate, even for capacitors with small values. The tester is compatible with the SCPI command set and consists of a manipulator and scanner interface, with the scanner interface capable of scanning open/short/load error calibration for each channel of up to 256 channels. At low frequencies, there is a signal level correction function. When the impedance is very low, the internal resistance of the signal source and test cables can cause the voltage at the DUT terminals to be lower than the set range. This function adjusts the level to the set range.

While the logarithmic periodic antenna is much larger than a Yagi antenna with equivalent gain, this level of performance makes it ideal for many applications.
