Advantech provides an edge device management software called "DeviceOn" for operators managing edge devices. With the expansion of the IoT market, the number of edge devices continues to rise. While they are implemented in various services and offer advantages in terms of specifications and costs, there are several challenges in the operational field. **Project Background**: Automatic ticket vending machines (TVMs) play a crucial role in transportation infrastructure. A major automatic ticket vending machine manufacturer in Mexico was looking for an edge computer to be installed in their subway ticket machines. This edge computer required sufficient computing performance to process data within the vending machines. **Solution**: Advantech's "ARK-3531" became the ideal solution for this automatic ticket vending machine application.
