Next, it is used for dispensing, filling, measuring, sealing, drip, and analysis. Supply is possible with Teflon type / silicone type. The tubing dispenser is a device for accurately delivering liquids and is used in medical, scientific research, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and industrial processes. This device consists of a pump, control unit, and tube, supplying liquids at specified speeds and volumes. It enables high-precision liquid delivery, improving consistency and efficiency, and facilitating quality control. By using tubes of various sizes and materials, it can accommodate a wide range of conditions, including corrosive chemicals and high-viscosity liquids.

TIC type tubing dispenser

This product is suitable for applying and dispensing instant adhesives, anaerobic liquids, and solvents both manually and automatically.

By using Teflon tubes, it has become possible to apply and dispense liquids that could not be handled with conventional rubber-based tubes. Additionally, since the liquid contact part is within the tube, there is no need to directly clean the pump mechanism; simply replacing the tube suffices. To ensure that no liquid remains wasted in the tubing, a forward and reverse rotation function has been implemented in the pump mechanism, making liquid replacement very easy. If there is an AC100V power supply, work can be started immediately.
