The "Solid Cooling System" of IKEUCHI Corporation uses mist such as dry fog (ultrafine mist) and semi-dry fog (fine mist) with particle sizes of 10 to 30 micrometers to cool objects without wetting them. The mist sprayed is extremely fine, so it evaporates before it can wet the object, and the heat of vaporization lowers the temperature of the object, providing cooling.
