The key to high conductivity lies in the specially shaped silver powder! While conventional conductive adhesives use spherical or flake silver powder, we propose a conductive paste with unprecedented features such as low silver concentration, low cost, and low-temperature sintering, thanks to our unique burr-shaped silver powder (the world's first). 【Features】 1. TK silver powder exhibits conductivity at low silver concentrations. Even with just 50 wt% (10 vol%), it demonstrates a conductivity of 6*10^-3 Ω·cm. 2. TK paste is ideal for cost reduction! Due to its low-density silver paste, it has a larger volume than conventional products at the same weight. 3. TK silver powder allows for low-temperature sintering. It sinters at 250°C, offering a lineup of conductive pastes with high conductivity and high thermal conductivity types.

Conductive adhesive TK Paste CN-7120 is a one-component, room temperature drying type that simplifies the process! It maintains flexibility after drying, providing excellent adhesion to materials such as PP and PET, making it ideal for ESD protection of components with low heat resistance.
