Aren't you manually loading the raw materials in paper bags into the tank? Paper bags weighing over 20 kg are heavy, and they must be carried up to the upper floors to be loaded into the tank, making it quite labor-intensive for the workers. Additionally, if hazardous materials like pigments create dust when being loaded into the tank, it poses a risk to the health of the workers. 【Introducing the Benefits of the Automatic Suction Device for FIBC】 ■ Protects the health of workers by preventing dust generation. ■ Reduces the heavy labor of transporting heavy FIBCs. ■ Prevents weighing errors due to the combination of weighing units. …and more It is a simple mechanism, but it incorporates delicate innovations throughout, making it a well-developed device. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

If various raw materials in a FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) are removed incorrectly, it can cause dust generation. This is particularly concerning if the powder contains hazardous substances such as pigments, as it can threaten the health of workers. The explanatory document "Methods for Discharging from FIBCs" provides guidance on appropriate discharge methods for quicklime, salt, and pigments, as well as key points to consider when selecting FIBC discharge equipment, illustrated with diagrams. [Contents] ■ Importance of Choosing FIBC Discharge Methods ■ Appropriate Discharge Methods for Different Raw Materials ■ Key Points for Selecting FIBC Discharge Equipment, etc. *If you would like a copy of the explanatory document "Methods for Discharging from FIBCs," please feel free to download the PDF or contact us.
