We received an order for the design and production of a complete set of blending and mixing equipment for raw materials (powder and liquid). We utilized some existing lines that could be repurposed and successfully established the new equipment. Typically, placing the weighing instruments on the upper floor of the mixer makes it challenging to secure installation space for the weighing instruments when dealing with a variety of raw materials. However, by installing the weighing instruments under each silo, we created more space on the upper floor of the mixer. We would like to introduce our achievements in "grate modification" for a major ceramic siding board manufacturing company. The existing grate installed in the hopper was frequently clogging, so we replaced the grate. We changed the installation method of the vibration to a system where the vibration is directly transmitted to the coal. By installing the vibrator directly on the grate, the vibration is transmitted to the coal, eliminating adhesion. Quicklime can be reactive, and with conventional low-concentration air transport, when transporting in high humidity conditions such as rainy weather, the moisture in the air reacts with the quicklime, leading to a decline in quality.
