We would like to introduce our delivery achievements of the "High-Pressure Pneumatic Transport System." The tank filled with materials is pressurized with compressed air, and the materials are transported through the piping by airflow. There is minimal fragmentation of the powder, achieving stable transport while maintaining product quality. By pressurizing the tank for stable transport, we have enabled long-duration continuous transport. 【Case Overview】 ■ Prevents impact and wear of the powder due to slow transport speed ■ Maintains quality while suppressing fragmentation ■ Supports high-concentration transport with increased solid-gas ratio ■ Long-distance and large-volume transport is made easy with pressure adjustment ■ Simple management of transport volume with batch transport method *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our delivery achievements of the "Low-Pressure Pneumatic Conveying System." Utilizing the air from transport blowers that generate pressures of approximately 10 to 50 kPa, we transport powders and granules through piping. By adjusting the pressure settings, we can flexibly change the transport conditions, accommodating various conveying needs. 【Case Overview】 ■ Transport Distance: 10 to 100m (up to 450m maximum) ■ Transport Capacity: 0 to 20t/h ■ Transport Method ・Continuous (Transport Pressure 5 to 25 kPa) ・Batch (Transport Pressure 25 to 50 kPa) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our delivery achievements of the "Suction-type Air Transport System." By generating a negative pressure of approximately -10 to -35 kPa with a suction blower, we transport powders and granules through piping. At the destination, we efficiently separate air and powder using cyclones and bag filters. Since we adopt a suction method, we can safely mix air and powder without generating dust at the source. 【Case Overview】 ■ Efficiently consolidates and transports from multiple suction points, such as wide areas, low locations, and inside containers, to a single location. ■ Safely mixes air and powder without generating dust at the source. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

This is a "high-density air transport system" for a cement mixture (90% cement and 10% additive). In the existing low-density air transport system, a maximum of 20 tons per hour could be transported with a pipe diameter of 150A. However, by installing two powder pumps and using a pipe diameter of 125A for alternate transport, it became possible to transport 30 tons per hour. As a result, it became possible to transport 50 tons per hour to silo A and 60 tons per hour to silo B. [Case Summary] ■ Transport capacity: 30 tons per hour (continuous transport) ■ Transport distance: Silo A 80m, Silo B 40m ■ Transport method: High-density air transport ■ Two powder pumps were installed ■ It became possible to transport 50 tons per hour to silo A and 60 tons per hour to silo B *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying "raw material blending equipment" to a major ceramic siding board manufacturing company. We received an order for the design and production of a complete set of blending and mixing equipment for raw materials (powder and liquid). We utilized some existing lines that could be repurposed and successfully established the new equipment. Typically, placing the weighing instruments on the upper floor of the mixer makes it challenging to secure installation space for the weighing instruments when dealing with a variety of raw materials. However, by installing the weighing instruments under each silo, we created more space on the upper floor of the mixer. Additionally, having the weighing instruments on the ground floor made calibration work easier. 【Case Overview】 ■ Client: Major ceramic siding board manufacturing company ■ Content: Siding board production ■ Compacting of blending equipment ■ Integration of weighing instruments and air transport hoppers *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

This is a record of the delivery of "waste gypsum recycling equipment" to Tokuyama Chiyoda Gypsum Co., Ltd. By crushing waste gypsum board and separating it from paper, we produce gypsum powder, which undergoes calcination and crystallization processes to improve its crystal structure. Based on the customer's waste gypsum board recycling technology, we carried out the entire layout, equipment design, manufacturing, installation work, and trial operation of the equipment. 【Case Overview】 ■ Area: Hokkaido ■ Raw materials handled: Interior materials for construction ■ Content: Waste gypsum board recycling processing ■ Scope of responsibility: New production equipment installation ■ Equipment that enables 100% recycling, whereas previously only about 10% could be mixed ■ Contributing to SDGs initiatives by recycling waste gypsum generated from home renovations and demolitions *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying the "Alumina Transport System" to Arumatis Co., Ltd. This system receives alumina raw materials in bulk bags, temporarily stores them in an intermediate tank, and then transports and supplies them stably to the manufacturing plant. By generating a swirling flow in the long horizontal piping, we have achieved stable transport by preventing the powder from settling. 【Case Overview】 ■ Area: Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture ■ Handled Raw Material: Alumina ■ Equipment - Low Concentration Air Transport (Pneuma) - High Concentration Air Transport (Pow Pump) ■ Efficiency was improved by switching to air transport methods. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our achievements in "grate modification" for a major ceramic siding board manufacturing company. The existing grate installed in the hopper was frequently clogging, so we replaced the grate. We changed the installation method of the vibration to a system where the vibration is directly transmitted to the coal. By installing the vibrator directly on the grate, the vibration is transmitted to the coal, eliminating adhesion. Additionally, the noise levels have decreased. 【Case Overview】 ■ Content: Coal receiving hopper and grate for power generation boiler ■ On rainy days, people were poking the coal to drop it, causing trucks to wait in line and creating congestion. ■ The grate size was changed to 150×100 to make it easier for the coal to drop (no impact on downstream equipment). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Here are the delivery results for "building material raw material equipment." We were involved in the factory layout planning and raw material process design for the construction of a new factory. We produce a wide variety of building materials, and the composition of raw materials varies for each type. In particular, fiber-based raw materials have a low specific gravity, making it difficult to achieve accuracy with weighing instruments. They also tend to entangle during discharge, so we installed a special discharge mechanism. We automated all weighing operations to eliminate mixing errors. [Case Overview] ■ Area: Overseas ■ Content: Raw material process for a building material manufacturing factory ■ Weighing powder and fiber raw materials and feeding them into a mixer ■ Adding liquid raw materials and mixing them in the mixer ■ Installed several types of weighing instruments according to each raw material *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

This is an introduction to our achievements in delivering high-concentration air transport equipment for quicklime at Fuji Koki. Quicklime can be reactive, and with conventional low-concentration air transport, when transporting in high humidity conditions such as rainy weather, the moisture in the air reacts with the quicklime, leading to a decline in quality. This equipment allows for transportation without compromising quality by using dry compressed air. 【Project Overview and Challenges】 - After sieving and classifying the existing grinding line (-2mm), it branches off with a positive and negative screw conveyor to transport to a newly installed 100m³ silo using high-concentration air transport. - Since quicklime easily reacts with moisture to become slaked lime, the air used for high-concentration air transport is completely dehumidified. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
