The "URKM Series" is a circular saw cutting machine that precisely cuts aluminum plates. In addition to its powerful performance and efficient dust collection, the cutting conditions minimize cutting heat, reducing overcutting and enhancing machining accuracy. It allows for the selection of the optimal saw blade for cutting thick aluminum plates, enabling a reduction in cutting time. Reference cutting speed for A5052 with a thickness of 70 mm: F = 2500 mm/min. With two cutting modes—single-position cutting (ABS) and single automatic feed (INC)—efficient cutting operations can be performed.
