A follow-up survey was conducted in a condominium in Fukuoka Prefecture, 16 years after the installation of the NMR pipe protector. Nineteen years after the installation of the NMR pipe protector, an inspection was conducted by the condominium management association of a 9-story, 110-unit building in Sapporo, Hokkaido, when the building was 32 years old.
