After the roll film set, the process from port and outer circumference welding, outer circumference cutting, peeling, to picking is fully automated. Processing of blood bags from 400ml to 500ml is done by mold exchange. No tools are required for mold exchange. Welding of the top and bottom ports of the bags can be done with one machine. The production capacity is 850 bags per hour.
