The slideway is a non-recirculating cross roller guide that uses precision rollers. It consists of a precisely machined track base and roller cage. It is sold as a set of four track bases (two roller cages) and is installed on a stage (table or bed) prepared by the customer.

This is a long-stroke actuator with excellent high-speed operation, featuring a high-strength aluminum frame, a hardened steel shaft, and built-in track rollers, driven by a wear-resistant toothed belt containing high-tensile steel cords.

By combining high-precision machined screws with specially shaped nuts and applying appropriate pre-load, there is no backlash, resulting in high positioning accuracy. Additionally, it has a self-correcting structure against backlash caused by wear.

The joint mechanism arranged in the XY direction cancels out factors affecting feed accuracy such as tilt of the mounting surface, alignment errors, and screw axis runout. It significantly alleviates pitching, yawing, and rolling discrepancies in the precision feed mechanism. It is especially effective when combined with air slides. The steel balls in the joint section are oversized to provide appropriate preloading, preventing backlash in the feed direction. Many functions are condensed into a compact body, taking up less space compared to traditional methods that combine leaf springs. Designs can be tailored to fit your mounting space.

Thanks to our unique "Dual X Structure," movement is smooth regardless of whether horizontal or vertical loads are applied. It is designed for medium loads, capable of handling operating loads of up to 120N in both horizontal and vertical directions. We conduct tests where it travels back and forth 100 mm at a speed of 200 mm/sec for 500,000 cycles. Since there is no pole creep phenomenon, it can be used in conjunction with motor drive. It achieves stable movement with light operating force even when subjected to moments. The carriage is a preloaded type with minimal play.
