Magnetic Tape "Sample Available for Loan" Route magnetic tape (guidance tape) for unmanned transport vehicles (AGV) Our "Guide Sensor" is adjusted for sensitivity to match this "Guide Tape (Magnetic Tape)." It is the optimal magnet for route use with our "Guide Sensor." By using our "Guide Sensor" together with this "Guide Tape," you can achieve a significantly larger detection distance. - Being soft, it is resistant to bending and can be easily cut (processed) to fit the travel route. - The surface is covered with a color laminated film, which protects the magnetic layer and prevents wear. - The back side has double-sided adhesive tape, allowing for immediate installation by simply sticking it to the travel route. We offer various shapes to suit different usage conditions. When used in combination with the Makome Laboratory's Guide Sensor, stable guidance is possible. * Occasionally, look-alike guide tapes are sold, but they may have unstable magnetic retention and cause malfunctions. Please use Makome's guide tape with the Makome Guide Sensor.

GS-500 Series This is a guide sensor compliant with CAN2.0A (ISO-11898-1). ■ Straight guidance mode output ■ Left and right branching mode output ■ Parallel (15bit) output are continuously output, allowing for the appropriate signals to be captured as needed! Additionally, the detection surface and cable exit direction can now be selected! ▶ This is expected to provide flexible support for compact and low-floor vehicle designs. The blue anodized case is fully metal (IP67 structure) and has a robust construction. A standard digital-analog output type is also available. We manufacture approximately 40,000 iron balls with a diameter of 10φ every day, and among them, defective products (magnetized iron balls) are mixed in. Currently, only random sampling inspections are conducted, which allows defective products to escape. There was a request for "monitoring of magnetized iron balls on the automated line" and "to maintain a detection distance of 30mm between the detection object and the sensor due to the line structure." We installed the guide sensor "GS-116" manufactured by Makome Research Institute on the line conveyor, enabling the detection of the magnetic field of the iron balls and their expulsion (although this depends on the strength of the magnetic field). The GS-515 adheres to the electrical specifications of the GS-315 and adopts a newly developed case from the GS-550, featuring waterproofing (IP-67) and strong resistance to vibration and impact, making it an excellent guide sensor. It is smaller than the GS-315 and offers increased installation flexibility.
