This is an inclination angle detector using MEMS. It detects a range of ±180° and outputs an analog signal corresponding to the angle. Additionally, the output zero point value can be set after installation. 【Main Features】 ■ A compact and easy-to-handle ±180° inclination (rotation) angle sensor ■ Allows for a 0° preset after installation, eliminating the need for troublesome initial value adjustments ■ Protection structure: IP-67 For ±180 degrees, it outputs a sawtooth wave of 4-20 mA or 1-5 V.

The inclinometer detects using a MEMS accelerometer. (MEMS: Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) Additionally, it is designed with a metal case for shock resistance and vibration resistance. It is compact (compared to our products). The output is available in voltage output type 1-5V and current output type 4-20mA. As an additional feature, it includes a switch function that allows for transistor output at any desired tilt position (specified at the time of order). It has a function to correct installation errors, allowing for correction to 0° within a range of ±1°. There is a YouTube video available. Within the CM-900 series, there is also the "CM-936," which outputs a rotation angle of 360° linearly. It outputs the rotation angle of 0-360° in DC voltage 1-5V or current 4-20mA (specified at the time of order). The tilt angle detector is detected with high precision by our unique magnetic sensor. Originally developed for construction machinery (impact pile drivers), it is robust. The pendulum is supported by bearings, providing a design that is resistant to shock and vibration. By controlling the position of the pendulum with a servo circuit, stable output can be achieved. Vertical output (detection) Anyway, it's durable! Please consult us about waterproof measures.
