We would like to introduce a case where an injection molding machine can be controlled with a simple operating program. In the customer's old equipment, control was done using a PLC (ladder), but it was very difficult to change the ladder every time a setting change was needed due to the vast amount of ladder logic. Therefore, we proposed Fine Motion, which can accurately control torque, position, and speed, allowing for flexible and easy changes to the set values.
