We would like to introduce a case where the introduction of our PLC motion controller "PLMC-M II EX" has achieved high productivity with an in-house dedicated machine. Previously, we were producing with a general-purpose polishing machine, but we felt limited in improving productivity. We would like to introduce a case where our PLC motion controller "PLMC-M II EX/M3EX" was used to control this machine and the robot collectively. Traditionally, our customer purchased completed robots from various robot manufacturers and combined them for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
