The "Depo Series" is our original patented product that applies the principles of discharge machining. Vibrodine is... When heating and cooling in metal processing, welding, casting, etc., stresses occur beneath the surface, which can later lead to problems such as distortion and cracks. Generally, these stresses are removed through heat treatment, but with Vibrodine, it is possible to achieve a similar effect by applying special mechanical vibrations to the workpiece. Additionally, Vibrodine treatment is economically advantageous compared to heat treatment, with shorter lead times and equipment and processing costs being less than one-tenth, while energy consumption is less than one-hundredth, making it an eco-friendly machine that is gentle on the Earth's environment. Vibrodine is a new vibration-based device for removing internal metal stresses and stabilizing metals.

In aluminum die casting and casting molds, high-temperature molten aluminum flows at high speed, causing erosion and melting on the mold surface.
