We would like to introduce a case of buildup on a plastic molding die. The mold has a texture applied to the entire recessed area, resulting in very thin texture burrs. In argon welding, secondary shrinkage tends to occur at the boundary, and buildup also occurs on the surrounding texture, requiring re-texturing.
