The Holt MIL-STD-1553 PCIe evaluation card is a PC interface card designed to connect the MIL-STD-1553 multi-terminal device (HI-6130) to the PCI Express (PCIe) slot of a Windows PC. The HI-6130 is a single-supply 3.3V BC/MT/RT multi-terminal device for MIL-STD-1553 dual-redundant bus communication. This card comes bundled with Holt's high-level API software library and two demo programs, making it ideal for use as a means of testing and simulation. The Digital Commander Series is a COTS small rugged synchro-resolver computer system. It integrates converters from the proven Computer Conversions Corporation. The system supports many transducers such as synchro/resolver/RVDT/LVDT. The input/output converters range from 12-bit to 16-bit, with frequencies from 60Hz to 10kHz. It can accommodate a total of up to 12 channels. Optional input/output connections include: -ARINC-429 -MIL-STD-1553 -RS232/422/485 -USB -HDMI -up to 48 digital I/O channels -up to 32 analog I/O channels.

It consists of a waterproof and shock-resistant unit that can convert signals from up to 8 analog inputs into 16-bit digital data and transmit the results via Ethernet. Additionally, it can receive digital inputs over Ethernet and convert this data stream into 4 analog outputs. All analog I/O signals are fully transformer-isolated. Due to the use of a robustly sealed enclosure, these units are ideally suited for both military and industrial applications. Various Ethernet transmission protocols can be specified, with ModBus TCP as the standard. The standard product line of converters for synchro/resolver/RVDT/LVDT/4-20mA input/output types from Computer Conversions can be used for system board configurations. Input/output converters can be mixed on the system board, enhancing flexibility. These units also support multi-speed or multi-turn I/O. Specific unit functions can be configured by part number.

The TSLD/TRLD converter uses an internal solid-state Type II servo loop to continuously convert rotary shaft input into a precise (real-time) linear DC voltage (or 4-20mA current) that directly corresponds to the position of the input shaft. The internal Type II servo loop provides both dynamic, lag-free response (high speed) and clear, ultra-stable output as it approaches zero speed input or at zero speed input. The converter naturally maintains a maximum ripple of 5 millivolts (DC output), so filtering is neither adopted nor required. Therefore, it provides a continuous clean and jitter-free output suitable for use in many variable speed applications. Through ratiometric conversion, synchro/resolver sensors can operate at temperatures ranging from -20 to +125°C without degradation of output.
