The sloped display case features a structure that considers the ease of placing and removing exhibits as well as decoration, and it is a best-selling product with a simple yet sophisticated design. It is widely used as a display case in schools, museums, art galleries, and public facilities. It is ideal for small items, flat documents, and long exhibits. In January 2008, we introduced one sloped display case, and this time we manufactured an additional unit of the same specifications. We received a request through a sales agent from a nearby private university. They asked us to custom-make a locked lectern that can store cameras and laptops in preparation for remote web classes in the second semester. We produced 150 units in a short timeframe. This custom-made product is designed to be used easily by professors moving between classrooms. We visited the university to gather information on their operations, submitted proposal drawings and estimates, and were able to secure the order. We also handled the delivery of the required number of units to each building. The professors were very satisfied with the results.

After meeting with the owner on-site to discuss the specifications and layout of the lockers, we were able to deliver lockers that fit perfectly in the space. Considering the convenience for the customer, we included a keypad battery lock. The interior of the lockers has a very simple structure, but we added some ingenuity to the shelves, making it possible to store boots as well.

In preparation for the grand reopening, there are many types of lockers, and they will feature a wood grain design with a Dynoc sheet finish. We provided two units each of the design-focused personal locker "Line Square" and the clothing locker "Apartment Slim" in custom colors. We also handled the installation ourselves, ensuring customer satisfaction. The design furniture "Apartment Slim" is a new type of locker with a stylish design that is completely different from traditional office lockers. It has been widely used in places that value the image of their customers, such as beauty salons, clinics, and salons. The 10-drawer type has effective internal dimensions of W2202×D1540×H49, with a stroke of over 1 meter. By changing the lower section of the standard model to an open shelf, it has been tailored to meet the customer's requirements. I visited a customer in Tokyo, held a meeting, and made layout proposals and specifications. Since it was for a large professional rugby player, we increased the standard size of our sports locker (W700×D700) by 50mm, making it W750×D750. We received a layout diagram and incorporated it into the design, handling the installation as well. We were able to finish it stylishly with red lockers representing the fiery automotive group.

With the recent spread of tablet education, we have received many requests for tablet storage cabinets from government offices nationwide. This time, we manufactured a total of five units with a single tier and adjustable features for a nursery. The shape is square and compact, making it visually appealing. The tablet storage cabinets can also be made in two tiers, with casters, and with size modifications. Additionally, since our company manufactures custom-made products, we can accommodate detailed requests regarding the number and width of clamps and acrylic partition panels.

We delivered personal lockers with windows to a certain climbing gym in Kanagawa Prefecture. Since they will be installed under the reception counter, we manufactured them in a two-tier type with a height of H950mm, divided into three columns and two columns, allowing for flexibility in the installation location. The lockers are larger than standard personal lockers by one compartment to accommodate attaché cases and larger bags, and the windows allow for easy visibility to check if items are inside or if anything has been left behind.

As a result of discussions since July of last year regarding whether to repair the existing lockers or to manufacture new ones for replacement, it has been decided to replace the lockers in conjunction with the renovation work of the locker room within the stadium, and we received an order for new production. While aligning the material with the machine, visually confirm the X/Y dimensions and conduct test processing. After processing, perform inspections on dimensions and other factors. Deburring measures... For burrs exceeding 0.2mm, respond by changing the clearance (the gap between the upper and lower dies) or using alternative dies. Processing... Conduct inspections alongside processing. Inspection records are documented on a checklist. Identification and movement... Completed parts after processing are identified with a work ticket and released to the next process, such as bending or assembly.

We visited the site directly and determined the specifications based on the layout and past delivery records. The finished product features a design primarily in the team colors of red and navy blue. This time, we also handled the installation ourselves and received direct thanks from the supervisor and the players.

To avoid interfering with neighboring individuals during peak times of arrival and departure, the doors are designed to open upwards. A total of 15 units in 6 different types were delivered to fit perfectly within the available space at each entrance.

Large door panels are welded by robots, and then assembled by craftsmen using argon welding. Choosing the appropriate welding method is crucial to completing the product. We received a direct request from a temple priest in Osaka. By customizing a standard locker, we were able to create a simple and reasonably priced niche locker for ashes. After receiving an inquiry from the customer, we held a meeting at our office. They requested a gold paint finish, and we painted it in a color that we handle. Before installation, I was excited to see the wonderful columbarium. They were very satisfied with the final result.

We received a request to include a lid so that trash, empty cans, and PET bottles can be sorted and deposited into the stainless steel double-opening door structure, and we have realized this product. Since it will be installed in a limited space on the premises, we asked in advance about the size of the trash bins that customers would store inside the box and manufactured it based on our proposal for the minimum necessary dimensions. Additionally, since the box will be installed on sloped stone tiles, we included adjustable feet with a wide range of motion, allowing for level adjustment and enabling a smart installation.

In response to the request to add a valuables locker inside the existing changing lockers, we visited the client to discuss the specifications. First, we manufactured three separate upper shelves to connect the valuables boxes, which the customer then secured with screws. After that, we produced 468 valuables boxes and had them secured to the upper shelves. After the installation was completed, we received a courteous thank-you message from them.

[Nara City Konoike Athletic Stadium Project] Located to the east of our company in Higashi-Osaka, just over Mount Ikoma is Nara Prefecture, where the famous Konoike Athletic Stadium is situated. We were responsible for the delivery and installation of the locker rooms. We received an order for a total of 46 player lockers of two types from a construction company for the Konoike Athletic Stadium in Nara City, Nara Prefecture. This will be a modified specification of our standard sports lockers. The paint colors are differentiated for male and female lockers, and we successfully secured the order after discussions via phone and email.
