Since it was for a large professional rugby player, we increased the standard size of our sports locker (W700×D700) by 50mm, making it W750×D750. With the recent spread of tablet education, we have received many requests for tablet storage cabinets from government offices nationwide. This time, we manufactured a total of five units with a single tier and adjustable features for a nursery. The shape is square and compact, making it visually appealing. The tablet storage cabinets can also be made in two tiers, with casters, and with size modifications. Additionally, since our company manufactures custom-made products, we can accommodate detailed requests regarding the number and width of clamps and acrylic partition panels.

We delivered personal lockers with windows to a certain climbing gym in Kanagawa Prefecture. Since they will be installed under the reception counter, we manufactured them in a two-tier type with a height of H950mm, divided into three columns and two columns, allowing for flexibility in the installation location. The lockers are larger than standard personal lockers by one compartment to accommodate attaché cases and larger bags, and the windows allow for easy visibility to check if items are inside or if anything has been left behind.

Large door panels are welded by robots, and then assembled by craftsmen using argon welding. Choosing the appropriate welding method is crucial to completing the product. After receiving an inquiry from the customer, we held a meeting at our office. They requested a gold paint finish, and we painted it in a color that we handle. Before installation, I was excited to see the wonderful columbarium. They were very satisfied with the final result.

We received a request to include a lid so that trash, empty cans, and PET bottles can be sorted and deposited into the stainless steel double-opening door structure, and we have realized this product. Since it will be installed in a limited space on the premises, we asked in advance about the size of the trash bins that customers would store inside the box and manufactured it based on our proposal for the minimum necessary dimensions. Additionally, since the box will be installed on sloped stone tiles, we included adjustable feet with a wide range of motion, allowing for level adjustment and enabling a smart installation.

First, we manufactured three separate upper shelves to connect the valuables boxes, which the customer then secured with screws. We received an order for a total of 46 player lockers of two types from a construction company for the Konoike Athletic Stadium in Nara City, Nara Prefecture. This will be a modified specification of our standard sports lockers. The paint colors are differentiated for male and female lockers, and we successfully secured the order after discussions via phone and email.

This is a work that achieves a balance between a robust body made of zinc-coated steel plates for the locker and ease of use by utilizing aluminum materials for the interior of the locker. We designed four types of custom bodies to fit the columbarium, arranged 30 units neatly, and finally installed panels to cover gaps, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing piece. The installation was in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Through repeated meetings with the client and checking the site conditions before the columbarium construction, we were able to smoothly complete the delivery route and wiring. We also ensured earthquake resistance with anchor fixing. By painting everything in a glossy gold color, we were able to create a luxurious piece.
